This is Arachne Ragnatela (Italian) - the Spider Witch Doll.
She is attached to an antique wooden bobbin.
Her hair is of llamas fur/sheep's wool that has been needle felted in.
Her face and eyes hand painted and shaded.
Her dress layered, her arms wired, her hat detachable with an vintage hatpin.
She holds a lil' clay spider I created (one on her hat too!) - with a wire 'twig' wand.
She is 27 inches tall - she comes signed.
Arachne qualifies for FREE S/H (Parcel) till Oct. 31st, 2011! (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska! Sorry!)
