This is the Demon Barber, Sweeney Todd - he is attached to an antiqued wood post.
He has wired arms holding an antique shaving blade (very dull - great for safety issues!) - his hair 2 types of dyed sheep's wool, his attire spattered with the blood of the worthless of England (well, not so worthless to Mrs. Lovett - such a terrible waste she thinks!).
On his post is glittered words DEMON BARBER.
He is 23 inches tall - and he comes signed.
